Donna graduated from Seneca College of Applied Arts and Technology and was awarded a Diploma of Design Illustration with High Honours. She owns and operates a graphic design business, DFV Design Inc.

Donna is inspired by sunlight-filled scenes and subject matter that touches people. She strives to capture the contrast of light and shadow, yet it is always the brightest of colours that entice her to paint. Donna enjoys working in oil, pastel and acrylic.

Donna continues to explore her creativity by taking workshops with numerous artists in Canada and the USA. She was named the 2007 ‘Top Artist’ at the Learning and Product Expo in Chicago, IL.
