Born in Romania, Bianka Guna also lived in Israel, and finally settled in Canada in 1998. She now lives in Richmond Hill, Ontario, where she has become an active artist and flourishing teacher in the nearby fine arts community. Bianka not only holds a double degree in Mechanical and Computer Sciences, but is also a graduate of Art Instruction Schools in Minneapolis, MN, USA, where she was elected Graduate of The Year in 2007. For the most part, she is a self-taught artist. However, she has also taken extensive art classes with prominent artists in Romania, Israel, and the U.S., and continues to strive for knowledge in Canada as well.
