RHGA Donna Vacca
Andrea End

Andrea paints vibrant landscapes using gouache, an opaque watercolour that when dry has a flat, satin finish. She is drawn to sunlight, the way it shines, and reflects making shapes through the forest, in the water, and in the sky. She paints using the 3 primary colours, red, yellow and blue, as well as white, mixing endless colours to create depth, while playing with warm and cool colour combinations to draw your eyes through a scene.

She has participated in numerous juried art shows, most recently her work has been displayed in the Varley Gallery in Unionville, Aurora and Newmarket Municipal Offices, and the Mill Pond Gallery. The Richmond Hill Public Library has one of her pieces in their permanent collection.
