NEW Annual General Meeting
Monday September 13, 2010
7:15 pm

At this meeting members will be voting in 5 Board Members. Nominees are: Angela Barranca, Deborah Campbell, Jette Cott, Carmela Crimi, Valerie Kent, Christine Lippa, Marilyn Sexton, Seraya Smit, and Khatcho Yazedijian  

For the positions of President and 2 Vice Presidents, please put your name forward and candidates for these roles will be appointed by the new Board. (Call Valerie Kent asap)

Please mail or hand deliver Membership renewals and new memberships to the mailbox at 314 Mill St. Richmond Hill, ON as soon as possible, preferably before September 13th so that we will know how many members we have and the quorum for legal voting. Memberships will also be collected on this day. The fee is $80.00.

Anyone that does not have a volunteer position and would like to volunteer as an assistant to any coordinator, please indicate this on the back of your membership renewal form.
